Delicate Balance Hydrator Description:

Delivery of oil-free humectants and protectants (Sea Algae, Seaweed, Chamomile, Elder Flower, Glycerine and Borage Phospholipids) to hydrate, help eliminate fine lines due to dryness, travel, sun and cold exposure. Mist on skin as often as moisture boost is needed.
